With a career that began in Haldiram’s Snacks Pvt. Ltd., Chef Sahil honed his expertise in traditional and modern baking techniques. He later served as a Pastry Chef and Bakery & Pastry Manager at renowned establishments such as Kanha Restaurant & Bakery, Jaipur, Rajasthan and the prestigious Inter Continental Hotel, KSA. His commitment to excellence, creativity, and innovation has inspired the foundation of Bakes & Cake — a brand built on taste, trust, and timeless recipes.
