At Bakes & Cakes, we take great pride in baking each product fresh and with care. Every cake and bakery item is custom-made to order using the finest ingredients. Since our products are perishable and personalized, we do not accept any returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Cancellations & Refunds

  1. No Same-Day Cancellations:
    As all our cakes and bakery products are made to order, same-day cancellations or refunds are not possible once the baking process has begun.
  2. Advance Notice Required:
    • For regular cakes, cancellations must be made at least 1 day in advance.
    • For large or special cakes, cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance.
    • A 5% refund processing charge will apply to all approved cancellations.
  3. How to Request a Cancellation:
    Please email us at info@bakesandcake.in with the subject line “Cancellation Request”, and include:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for cancellation
  4. Refund Method:
    Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction (card/account/wallet).
  5. Refund Timeline:
    • Bakes & Cakes will initiate approved refunds within 2–3 working days of confirming the cancellation.
    • Depending on your payment provider, the amount may reflect in your account within 7–10 working days.
  6. Bakes & Cakes Discretion:
    All refund and cancellation decisions are subject to Bakes & Cakes’ sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, cancel, or modify orders or refund terms if necessary.

No Return Policy

Due to the perishable and customized nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered, picked up, or accepted by the customer.
