    3.4 Once an order is confirmed, changes (to address, specification, etc.) may not always be feasible.
  2. Pricing & Payment

    5.3 If no one is available at the delivery address, or if access is restricted, we may treat the order as delivered (or return it).
    5.4 All risk in the goods passes to you once delivered.
    5.5 For locations we cannot deliver, we may contact you to cancel or reschedule.
    5.6 Delivery attempts may be limited to one time (or as per your policy).
  4. Cancellation & Refunds

    6.4 In case of non-delivery for reasons not attributable to you or us, full refund plus any delivery charges will be refunded.

    7.2 We may substitute a product of similar value if the ordered item is unavailable; we will inform you.
    7.3 You should inspect the product at delivery and report any visible damage / issues immediately (within say 24 hours).
